New Year Reflections

Hello everyone, I hope you're well! As we embark on the New Year, let's remember that the end of one thing can mark the beginning of the next. Whether you've achieved a goal or are starting afresh, it's an opportunity for growth.

Take a moment to reflect on the past year. If you set goals, assess your progress; if not, consider these thoughts for the new season:

  1. What are you grateful for, and how can you carry that gratitude into the New Year?

  2. Were you teachable and focused on personal growth for the benefit of your family, team, and community?

  3. Did you strive for excellence in all areas of your life? Identify areas for improvement.

  4. Were you accountable to your commitments, and how can you enhance that this year?

  5. What motivates you? Establish priorities to guide your decisions and strengthen your character.

Life isn't a competition but a gift to be responsibly stewarded. Aim for excellence, work hard, and serve well. When setting goals, make them meaningful, reasonable, and purposeful. Document, review, measure, and celebrate small milestones consistently as you progress. Think consistently and live it.
